Terms and Conditions of supply


This website is maintained by Dri-Line Services, a trading name of Dri Days Ltd. In using this site you agree to the terms and conditions listed below. While reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the information contained is updated and accurate we make no warranty about the accuracy of the information, assume no responsibility for inaccuracies or mistakes in the information and reserve the right to make changes to the incontinence products described in this site at any time without notice.


Our Guarantee


We offer a no quibble guarantee. You can return unopened incontinence goods to us for an immediate exchange or refund of the cost of the incontinence product.




Should you be unhappy with any product it may be returned for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions:

  1. Goods must be returned unopened and in their original packaging
  2. Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit
  3. Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to Dri-Line Services if sent
  4. Returned goods will be inspected before refund or exchange is given

Limitation of liability


Drilineservices.co.uk and the directors shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website except that this exclusion of liability does not apply to any damages in connection with death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Any links on this website to other websites are provided for your information only and Drilineservices.co.uk has no control over these sites and no responsibility or liability for their content and such links do not imply any endorsement by Drilineservices.co.uk of their content.


Non UK orders


Currently we do not accept orders from outside of the UK mainland.


Payment options for all customers


All orders require pre payment in full by credit or debit card before goods are dispatched. The payment will be handled by Sagepay secure on line payment facility for total security and to avoid fraudulent purchases.




HM Customs advise that we can sell certain items to eligible persons zero rated for VAT without obtaining a signed VAT declaration provided they are purchased in quantities of not more than:
200 disposable pads
50 washable pads
5 collecting devices
10 pairs of waterproof or leak proof underwear.
In order to be eligible for relief purchases must be by an individual for domestic or personal use, and not by an institution such as a nursing home.
If you have selected an item that is zero rated for VAT by accepting our terms you warrant that you are eligible for such relief. If not please contact us to discuss ordering subject to VAT.




All orders will be conducted in Pounds Sterling.




If we deliver to your area ourselves (using our own driver), then delivery is free of charge for orders of any value. If we do not currently deliver to your location ourselves we are happy to receive your order for delivery by a 3rd party courier (Parcel Force etc) for which there is a charge for this service of £5.94. All goods will be delivered in discreet plain packaging.


Delivery Errors


Shortages, non-deliveries or discrepancies must be advised within 3 working days of receipt of order. No claims will be considered outside this period.


Force Majeure


We will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
Ownership of goods
All items supplied to the customer remain the property of drilineservices.co.uk until final payment of all sums owing in respect of those goods has been received in full by us.
