In using this site you agree to the terms and conditions listed below.  While reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that the information contained is updated and accurate we make no warranty about the accuracy of the information, assume no responsibility for inaccuracies or mistakes in the information and reserve the right to make changes to the products described in this site at any time without notice.

We offer a no quibble guarantee.  You can return unopened goods to us for an immediate exchange or refund of the cost of the product.

This website is protected by copyright laws.  Any material taken from this site and used must only be done with the copyright owner’s permission.

In order to maintain the high standard of service and customer satisfaction we welcome comments and suggestions for improvement.  If you wish to make any comments please click the contact us link on the website.

Limitation of liability
Dri-Line Services and the partners shall not be liable for any losses or claims arising directly or indirectly from the use of this website except that this exclusion of liability does not apply to any damages in connection with death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Any links on this website to other websites are provided for you information only and Dri-Line Services has no control over these sites and no responsibility or liability for their content and such links do not imply any endorsement by Dri-Line Services of their content.

Non UK orders
Currently we do not except orders from outside of the UK mainland.

Payment options for all customers
All orders require pre payment in full by credit or debit card before goods are dispatched.  The payment will be handled by Secpay’s secure on line payment facility for total security and to avoid fraudulent purchases.

VAT
HM Customs advise that we can sell certain items to eligible persons zero rated for VAT without obtaining a signed VAT declaration provided they are purchased in quantities of not more than:

200 disposable pads
50 washable pads
5 collecting devices
10 pairs of waterproof or leak proof underwear.

In order to be eligible for relief purchases must be by an individual for domestic or personal use, and not by an institution such as a nursing home.

If you have selected an item that is zero rated for VAT by accepting our terms you warrant that you are eligible for such relief.  If not please contact us to discuss ordering subject to VAT.

Currency
All orders will be conducted in Pounds Sterling.

Samples
We reserve the right to limit the number of samples to a maximum of 2

UK Mainland Delivery Charges
All orders are subject to postage and packing charge of £4.95 (inclusive of VAT)

Shipping
All goods are wrapped in discreet plain packaging for delivery to your door, usually within 3 working days from your order (depending upon availability) Orders are sent by Parcelforce 48 or Royal Mail recorded delivery.

Delivery Times
We process you order right away.  95% of orders are from stock and should reach you within 3-5 working days.  All delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only, however if we expect delivery to exceed this time frame we will advise you of an estimated delivery date.

Delivery Errors
Shortages, non-deliveries or discrepancies must be advised within 3 working days of receipt of order.  No claims will be considered outside this period.

Privacy
Information is collected lawfully and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.  We do not give, hire or sell information to third parties.  If you have a question regarding this please contact us.

Returns
Should you be unhappy with any product it may be returned for a full refund or exchange subject to the following conditions
1. Goods must be returned unopened and in their original packaging.
2. Goods must be packaged sufficiently to avoid damage in transit
3. Customers are responsible for delivery charges back to Dri-Line Services
4. Returned goods will be inspected before refund or exchange is given.

Force Majeure
We will have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any damage or defect to goods delivered that is caused by any event or circumstances beyond our reasonable control
