John and Joan established Dri-Line Services in 1992 and are a family run business based in Upminster Essex.  We became involved in incontinence when a family member needed pads and at that time we realised how difficult and inconvenient it was to obtain them, and we decided to make life easier for people needing them.

We understand the need to locate regular, reliable, high quality supplies at a reasonable price and we have been suppyling this to our local areas for the past 15 years.  Over this period we have become well known to local social services, carers, and district nurses all of whom hold us in high regard.  During this time we have been asked on many occassions to supply outside of our local delivery areas and we have now decided to expand our services to the whole of the UK mainland.
